Billing portal

Access your billing portal from Billing in the sidebar or Settings. The portal (powered by Stripe) lets you:
  • Update your payment method
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Change your plan
  • Cancel your subscription

Upgrading

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm — changes take effect immediately
When upgrading, you’re prorated for the remaining billing period.

Downgrading

  1. Go to BillingManage Subscription
  2. Select the lower plan
  3. Confirm — the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Downgrading may reduce your target and scan limits. Ensure your current usage fits within the new plan’s limits.

Cancelling

  1. Go to BillingManage Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
After cancellation:
  • You can still access your findings and reports
  • Scans will no longer run
  • Data is retained for 30 days, then deleted

Invoices

All invoices are available in the Stripe billing portal. They’re sent to your account email automatically.
